Our client, a social housing provider in Heckmondwike is recruiting for a Night Support Worker to work with 16-25s facing homelessness. he role will consist of shifts from 21:45 - 8:45, some Friday night working is required.

The duties of the Night Support Worker:

  • Working with young people aged 16-25 years
  • Allowing entry into the building
  • Supporting young people in person and over the phone when needed
  • Ensuring the safety of those inside the building
  • Operating CCTV
  • Housing management tasks including recording notes and taking part in accurate handovers
  • General upkeeping of the staff and communal areas and assisting with void management, ensuring rooms are ready for re-let
