Position: Personal Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

KPI Recruiting is partnering with a leading firm based in Frodsham to recruit an Personal Assistant. This role is vital in supporting the Director and managing key accounts, playing a crucial part in the company's growth, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract management
- Engage with customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle communications on behalf of the Director
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage diaries
- Compile reports and presentations
- Coordinate and book travel and accommodation arrangements
- Implement administrative procedures and systems
- Attend review meetings to provide support and insights
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Maintain a professional approach in all dealings
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to manage and organize their own workload effectively
