We are currently seeking 2 General Operatives to join our facilities team for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time role with 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday and Saturdays available (7am - 5pm). The position is based at the Protos Site, Plot 8, Ince, CH2 , Cheshire and the start date is ASAP.
Role Details:
- Pay Rate: 17per hour (CIS). Pay rate will depend on the candidate's skills and qualifications
- Contract Duration: 6 months.
- Hours: 10 hours per day (7am - 5pm) 5 to 6 days a week- including Saturdays
- Location: Protos Site, Plot 8, Ince, CH2 4LB, Cheshire
- Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
- General welfare maintenance tasks
- Walkway and road maintenance
- Dewatering and deliveries
- Supporting the facilities team with a variety of tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- Multi-skilled and mechanically minded candidates are highly desirable
- Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous
- Any relevant qualifications or tickets (e.g., dumper truck, banksman work, telehandler) will be a bonus, though telehandler experience may only be required for occasional cover
