Location: Cornwall
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Technical Manager - Interior Wall Finishes will involve:
- Technical Manager position dealing with a high end range of clay wall finishes
- Projects include: restaurants, residential, retail, commercial, galleries, bathrooms, kitchens, spas and well being
- Dealing with inbound technical enquiries from architects, specifiers & designers
- Develop strategic plans for optimised productivity
- Working closely with Senior Management to brainstorm ideas on how the business can improve
- Assisting with forecasting and which projects to target and how to bring them on board
- Liaising with approved subcontractors to offer installation advise
- Will be expected support the sales team to generate business
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Manager - Interior Wall Finishes with:
- Must have technical experience within the construction industry
- Operations Managers, General Managers, Technical Managers, Technical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, experienced Plasterers and Renders would all be considered
- Ideally will have experience dealing with interior products such as plaster and render
- An appreciation for sustainable building products would be ideal
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Must have strong a strong commercial background
- Friendly, dynamic, team player
