JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER
LOCATION: HELSTON,TR13
I am currently recruiting a site manager who has plenty of experience on projects.
Key duties will be -
- Regularly review timings, labour, materials and plant and project plans to ensure work stays on programme
- Visiting the Sites and identifying the defects and resources required to cater the job.
- Maintain constant contact with all sub-contractors to ensure adherence to the set programme.
- Give toolbox talks and assist with site set up
- Be able to lead on H&S
- Work closely with site/project managers direct or sub-contracted
- Manage Q/A and Logistics
Essential experience needed -
- SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
- Security Clearnace
CIS pay
Pay Rate - 250 per day
Weekly pay on a Friday
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
