Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA - TR13

My client, a growing academy, is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to help shape a stimulating and supportive learning environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with both teachers and students to develop innovative and impactful educational experiences that inspire children to achieve their full potential. This role is available on a full-time basis (32.5 hours pw) from Monday to Friday on a permanent contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading small groups or whole classes in engaging learning activities
  • Designing and delivering targeted intervention programs to support pupils with social, emotional, and academic needs
  • Supporting children’s development through inquiry-based learning and stimulating educational experiences
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to ensure individual learning needs are met
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting strategies to maximize impact
