Financial Controller based in Hemel

Are you a Group Financial Controller looking for a brand new exciting role?I am working with an organisation based in Hemel with international exposure. This is a particularly exciting time to join company.The role will include the following:

• Day to day running of the accounts department• Maintain effective control over processes• Managing of cash flows and the maintaining of banking relationships at an operational level• Management of accounts team• To ensure the department maintains the expected high levels of performance regarding timekeeping/absence and to lead by example• Provision of timely, useful and accurate management information in order to successfully achieve group goals. This includes monthly management accounts and also forecasts• To work with Finance Manager to review and rework Board Pack with full financials, commentary and analysis• Manage a process of consolidating results from UK and overseas companies• Manage annual year end audit• Build relationships with overseas counterparts to ensure there is the effective provision of management information, including monthly accounts, variance analysis, executive summaries and cashflow and revenue forecasts• Review and reengineer processes in order to achieve efficiencies and improve effectiveness of controls• Responsibility for budgets, audits and statutory accounts• Responsible for meeting compliance requirements, including VAT and CT• Management of credit control functionIf you are ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, please do apply asap.
