Key Responsibilities:

• Support the year-end audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements.
• Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Liaise with external auditors, providing required documentation and resolving queries.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis as part of the year-end process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.

Skills and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in statutory accounts preparation and audit support, ideally within a listed company environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with auditors and senior management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
