Given the start-up phase of this venture, the finance team is small and therefore require an experienced finance professional who is keen and willing to roll-up their sleeves and jump in to support where required. The role is varied and will include managing the month end and year end process, working with sales and delivery team to review when revenue can be recognised and driving the integration of acquired businesses. The group is also implementing a new ERP system. This role will be required to support the implementation process. Please note strong technical financial reporting (IFRS) experience is needed.

Key Duties:-
* Financial reporting: Manage the month end process, including reviewing the year to date results for accuracy and working with the Finance Business Partner to create insightful forecasts to stakeholders.
* Compliance: Support the group audit with the provision of IFRS information for the consolidation.
* Treasury: Monitor treasury requirements of each legal entity and forecast cash management.
* Acquisitions: Support on the integration of acquired companies.
* Technology: Proactive in delivering tactical solutions which make the most out of the tools currently available which reduce risk of errors and increase efficiency. Support the implementation of a new ERP.

This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Given the interim nature of this role, the successful candidate will be needed to start within a few weeks and have demonstrable experience inline with the above.
