Management Accountant, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (hybrid working)£32- £40kpa plus benefits including study support and a bonus potential of up to 20%Our client, a market leading business, who have a brilliant track record of identifying talent and progressing them through the business into senior roles, are looking to bring on board a talented and driven management accountant, on a permanent basis. This is an additional role for the team, as they enjoy a period of continued growth. Key Duties:-* Preparation of monthly management accounts including all journal postings.* Preparation, manage and deliver cash flow forecasts.* Debtor management for entities.* Preparation of periodic financial reporting and variance to budget analysis.* Preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns.* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.* Assist in preparation of statutory accounts.* Assist with on boarding of new projects.* Supporting continuous improvements to accounting and reporting processes together with the wider Finance and ERP Development teams.* Business Partnering for internal reporting and providing information requested in a timely manner.The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards their finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA) and looking for a business where they can progress.
