I am looking for an Operations Assistant to join my client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the operations team, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist with project administration, scheduling, and other tasks that contribute to the efficiency of operations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. The Role:
- Handle administrative duties for projects, including preparation of job packs, RAMS, and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Assist the operations team with scheduling resources and liaising with customers.
- Process Wireless Logic SIM card applications from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates in real time for all duties.
- Support the team with light warehouse duties and goods management.
- Manage site visits inbox and all Iauditor forms, raising cases and liaising with customers.
The Person:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- At least 1 year of experience in scheduling resources.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Dynamics 365).
- Interested in learning about Solar PV.
