  • Sending daily/weekly newsletters to keep the school community informed and engaged
  • Supporting the Principal in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations
  • Organising meetings and sending out calendar invites efficiently
  • Handling general administrative duties to keep the school running efficiently
  • Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinating schedules and appointments
  • Supporting the production of school communications
