Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our nursing home located on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the nursing home.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development.
- Manage and resolve clinical issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practice in clinical care.

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Extensive experience within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
