We are looking to recruit an account manager to join a busy and growing company in Hemel Hempstead. This role would suit a customer focused individual who has experience managing complex delivery processes. If you have experience coordinating and scheduling engineers, or managing equipment hire this could be ideal experience to suit this position.
You will be working to tight deadline, ensuring equipment and hire products get out to location when needed.
Excellent telephone manner and IT skills are a must!
This is a full time office based role, please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid/remote role. Please note this position will also require a 7.30am or 8am start time Monday to Friday
Duties for Account Manager include:
- Discussing hire requirements with customers
- Managing stock levels
- Data entry
- Managing the logistics process
- Communicating via email and telephone
- Reporting
