We are looking to recruit an account manager to join a busy and growing company in Hemel Hempstead. This role would suit a customer focused individual who has experience managing complex delivery processes. If you have experience coordinating and scheduling engineers, or managing equipment hire this could be ideal experience to suit this position.

Excellent telephone manner and IT skills are a must!

This is a full time office based role, please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid/remote role.

Account Manager duties:

• Discussing hire requirements with customers
• Managing stock levels
• Data entry
• Managing the logistics process
• Communicating via email and telephone
• Reporting
