Product Engineer/Design Engineer
My client is looking for a Product Engineer/Design Engineer to join their ever growing team, you would be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment to expand and support our growth in product development in the waste-water/ pumps sector.
Must have 3 years+ Product/Design experience
The Role
- Work on Product and process concept generation, proto-typing and development.
- Research new product ideas.
- Creating drawings and specifications for products in 2D and 3D.
- Interacting with other departments and 3rd parties to ensure project schedules are maintained.
- Presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
- Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing specifications.
You
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development
- Product/Design engineering background
- Engineering Degree
- Ability to collate and comprehend technical and product information
- Computer literate; thorough working knowledge of MS Office, with use of database systems a strong advantage
- Experience in the pumped drainage industry or related service industry
Benefits
- Salary 32,000-37,000 depending on experience
