Based from Hemel Hempstead 2/3 days a week
£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus/Commission Structure + Car + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you a Sales Manager from a capital equipment or materials background, looking for an exciting new role where you will play a key role in the success of this global leader within the UK?
On offer is a brand-new role that has been created to take advantage of the massive potential within this untapped territory. Your role will see you lead a team of internal & external Sales Engineers, carrying out training as well as developing a sales strategy for the UK market.
Within this position you will be afforded full autonomy to lead and grow the sales function, selling this company's high-value specialist products to a wide-range of blue-chip organisations.
The company are a specialist machinery manufacturer currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help support their plans within the UK.
This position would suit a Sales Manager with team leader experience, looking for an exciting opportunity with growth potential.
The Role:
- Overseeing a team of Internal & External Sales Engineers
- Developing sales strategy for the UK

- Capital equipment/materials industry experience
- Experience of leading a team of Sales Engineers
- Proven track record of developing sales strategies
