Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process invoices with accuracy
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Address and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure compliance and uphold high standards of accuracy
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable team and other departments
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable
- Confident working with high-volume transactions
- Multi-site experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes
