About the Job

This role requires a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage the timely processing and collection of accounts receivables. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will support the Finance team’s daily operations.

Duties will include:

  • Generating and issuing project-based invoices and receipts

  • Creating sundry invoices and intercompany charges

  • Allocating cash receipts and managing daily reporting

  • Setting up client accounts following industry-specific requirements

  • Handling internal and external queries to maintain seamless operations

  • Reconciling ledgers and reviewing aged debt monthly

  • Overseeing cash movement records and facilitating bank transfers

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Accounts Receivable and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
