We are pleased to be working with an innovative and rapidly growing business and have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Executive to join an expanding, warm and welcoming company based in Hemel Hempstead.

The role will provide support across the whole business. It will offer extensive variety across three divisions on a day-to-day basis along with the opportunity to be involved in an exciting and fast paced business.

This is a Monday to Friday position with the fantastic opportunity of hybrid working. This role is paying a salary between £30,000 to £35,000!

Duties to include:

  • Creating complex project plans, identifying project milestones, and setting timelines for projects/ programmes. Ensuring project are tracked, delivered to a high standard, meet deadlines and any risks escalated where appropriate.
  • Tracking internal capacity and ensuring the smooth running of projects/ programmes across all divisions and on the business.
  • Development, implementation and ensuring adherence to policies and processes.
  • Producing supporting document, including marketing materials, creating, and analysing data via Mailchimp, Survey Monkey and Excel and presenting back findings.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, including proofing and formatting to a high standard.
  • Extensive diary management including co-ordination / scheduling of meetings, webinars and conference calls with precision and accuracy. Including preparing agendas and taking detailed meeting notes.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers - acting as the point of contact including greeting visitors, answering, and screening calls, dealing with enquiries or requests, and escalating where appropriate.
  • Occasional event support including set up, registration and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
  • Responsibility for updating the website using content management system and reporting on search engine optimisation and trends.

Candidate requirements:

  • The role requires a professional, self-motivated, and pro-active individual who can adapt and respond to a fast-paced organisation.
  • Previous experience in planning and running projects, with an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Previous experience in leading/ supporting a team.
  • Efficient with excellent organisational abilities and written / oral communications skills.
  • A thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a client facing role with confidence to support external events and workshops.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and act on own initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to work to a consistently high standard.
  • Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment, varying demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Able and keen to learn new skills and navigate new systems quickly.
  • Flexible, hardworking, have a 'can do' attitude and be forward thinking.
