JOB TITLE: DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
LOCATION: 5 JARMAN WAY, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HP2 4JW
SALARY: £29,000 - £31,000

What will you do?
You will be responsible for the delivery and development of all aspects of Mr Mulligans and to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded whist maximising revenue through the upselling of retail products and food & beverage offerings.
You will be required to nurture, develop and retain the Mr Mulligans Hemel team members and to safeguard the long-term success of the Adventure Leisure division for its stakeholders.
The Assistant General Manager will display determination and focus in guiding all the elements of Adventure Leisure to the highest level ensuring that Mr Mulligans is recognised as the premier family-centric leisure destination of the surrounding area.
Experience you MUST have?
Minimum of 2 years previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
Operational site management experience (essential)
P&L Financial experience (desired)
Experience of Sales and Marketing (desirable)
You be over 18 years of age
