Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire
Remuneration: 12.12 - 13.50 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (Full Time)

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations. Build and nurture relationships at all levels, supporting reception by covering breaks and absences as needed.
- Site Operations: Resolve issues from site inspections or complaints promptly. Manage requests via the Facilities helpdesk, collaborating with the M&E team and service providers. Ensure delivery of client KPIs as outlined in the Local Country Agreement (LCA). Maintain accurate health & safety records and control purchase orders, invoices, and work orders.
- Reporting: Assist in completing reports and documentation within deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections, logging issues in the helpdesk ticketing system. Follow the site visit programme issued by the RFM.
- Portfolio Management: Support the UK Facilities Management (FM) team by delivering client KPIs as defined in the Property Management Agreement (PMA). Collaborate on "Instinct" operational initiatives across the portfolio.
- Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for occupier representatives, resolving issues locally whenever possible. Regularly communicate with occupiers to provide guidance on daily operations.
- Budget Management: Assist in setting and controlling service charge budgets, contributing to quarterly variance reporting and reconciliation.
- Sustainability Efforts: Support the building's Health & Safety and environmental initiatives. Help manage plant and equipment, taking responsibility for building management systems where applicable.
- Site Regulations: Assist with minor housekeeping tasks, prepare site regulations, and issue permits for contractor activities. Maintain site records following best practises.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an understanding of business dynamics.
- Previous experience in the property industry or corporate FM background, with at least one year in a client-facing role.
- Supportive of operational business changes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach.
