My client an independent gastro pub that has recently been taken over, and we're looking for a dynamic & strong Sous Chef to help shape our new direction. With a focus on quality, creativity, and fresh local ingredients, we aim to create an exciting, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
The Role:
As the Sous Chef, you'll have the opportunity to design innovative seasonal menus and put your creative stamp on the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and ready to help drive the success of a newly revitalised pub.

What Were Looking For:
A passionate, driven chef with previous experience in a leadership role
Creativity in designing dishes and menus
A strong understanding of kitchen management, including stock control and food hygiene standards
