We are proud to have partnered with an employee-owned energy aggregator in Hemel Hempstead who are now on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to join their existing team.

You will be joining a department of 4, and an overall number of around 30 employees.

To be considered for the role you will need a strong background in Sales, ideally to have included proactive outbound cold calling.

A salary of £30,000 is on offer with expected annual earnings of £45,000, plus the EO Bonus which is paid after 12 months of employment.Excellent benefits include

Daily responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:

  • Signing-up good quality sub-brokers using targeted leads, lead generation methods, and own initiative.
  • On-boarding new sub-brokers onto the existing lead generation plan, giving support and training as needed to help them introduce energy sales to their customer base.
  • On-boarding new sub-brokers onto the existing higher commission split self-serve sales plan, giving support and training as needed to help them introduce energy sales to their customer base.
  • Monitoring and assisting with important sales made by sub-brokers to improve success rates.
  • Account managing acquired sub-brokers, seeking to maintain and improve their sales figures.
  • Using our CRM system to record activity in relation to prospective or current sub-brokers daily.
