My client is an established international SAAS business. Due to internal promotion, they seek a talented Campaign Marketing Manager to create impactful multichannel campaigns for their innovative B2C platform-as-a-service solution focused on improving employee experience. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team during an exciting period of acceleration and significantly impact a growing business.Location: Hybrid working, with two days per week in their offices near Hemel Hempstead. The specific day and time are flexible. CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating and executing end-to-end campaign strategies for both  customer retention and adoption
  • Planning and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across communications, social media, paid advertising and websites
  • Owning B2C-focused content across platforms to increase product awareness and engagement
  • Developing and deploying partner and customer content, including posters, flyers, social assets and digital materials for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Working with partners to secure strategic promotions
  • Executing targeted seasonal campaigns, especially for peak periods, to maximise revenue opportunity
  • Partnering with the sales teams and the wider marketing team
  • Production of content including email, promotions and newsletters, and compelling video to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics and creating detailed reports with recommendations for future campaigns

THE IDEAL CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE

  • Minimum 4 years campaign marketing experience in B2B2C or B2C environments
  • Demonstrable experience delivering successful multichannel digital campaigns leveraging various tactics, including paid media
  • Strong data-driven approach with excellent analytical capabilities
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation in campaign development
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
