Are you a hands-on Shopify Plus expert looking for an exciting new challenge? Join Renew Beauty, a leading distributor in the beauty industry, as our E-Commerce Manager! We're seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to oversee our B2B and B2C websites, ensuring an exceptional online experience that drives both performance and growth.
This all-encompassing role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing, executing strategy while improving every aspect of the e-commerce operations. You’ll be focused on conversion optimisation, user experience (UX), and site performance across the Shopify Plus websites, with a mandate to continuously improve KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, bounce rate, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities of E-Commerce Manager:
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing to manage website performance, maintenance, and digital marketing channels.
- Play a pivotal role in optimising our Shopify Plus websites, creating immersive and seamless customer journeys that boost conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Drive key on-site KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), traffic, bounce rate, and revenue through targeted growth strategies.
- Oversee the operation and trading of both B2B and B2C websites, ensuring new and existing products, content, and marketing assets are fully optimised.
- Lead the launch of new e-commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Shop, and spearhead continuous website improvements.
- Manage on-site merchandising to ensure the commercial success and smooth operation of all digital touchpoints.
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
What We’re Looking For :
- Expertise in Shopify Plus – hands-on experience is essential.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles, with proven experience in driving website optimisation and improving user experience.
- Experience launching and managing platforms like TikTok Shop and Amazon Shop.
- Strong analytical skills to measure, track, and optimise site performance.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work directly with leadership to meet business goals.
