Are you a dynamic E-commerce Manager looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing beauty scale-up? If you're hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about optimising online performance, we want to hear from you!

Our client is a thriving beauty business operating across both B2B and B2C channels, looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager to take charge of their online platforms. As the business continues to scale, we need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and drive key e-commerce growth initiatives - without relying on third party support support.

This all-encompassing role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing, executing strategy while improving every aspect of the e-commerce operations. You'll be focused on conversion optimisation, user experience (UX), and site performance across the Shopify Plus websites, with a mandate to continuously improve KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, bounce rate, and revenue.

Day to day, key responsibilities will include:

- Own and optimise the Shopify Plus websites, delivering a seamless and immersive customer journey for both B2B and B2C audiences.

- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO), focusing on UX improvements to maximise on-site performance.

- Manage the day-to-day trading of both B2B and B2C websites, overseeing product launches, merchandising, content updates, and more.

- Develop and execute growth strategies to propel key on-site metrics, including AOV and traffic.

- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing on digital marketing initiatives across SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.

- Be a key player in launching new sales channels such as TikTok Shop and/or Amazon.

- Ensure the health and commercial success of all e-commerce platforms, from website maintenance to marketing assets.

To be considered for the position of E-commerce Manager you will offer the following:

- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus is essential, with hands-on experience in optimising and managing high-performing sites.

- A digital marketing all-rounder with a strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

- Proven track record of executing strategy and delivering strong conversion and UX improvements.

- Ability to work across multiple areas of ecommerce with minimal external support.

- Passionate about continuous improvement and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.

- Experience with or willingness to launch TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Shop.
