Hybrid with 2 days in Home Counties HQ
£70-80k basic (DoE) + £8k car allowance, 20% bonus, healthcare and pension

- Seeking a Head of Consumer Insight to lead their Consumer and Shopper Understanding (CSU) team, driving strategic decision-making with consumer-centric insights
The Role:
- As the Head of Consumer Insight, you’ll play a key role in shaping their business strategy, ensuring the consumer voice is at the heart of everything they do. You will:
o Lead and develop a forward-thinking CSU team.
o Act as a strategic sparring partner for Marketing and Retailer Brand teams, ensuring fact-based decision-making.
o Oversee end-to-end research projects, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
o Provide actionable insights that influence brand strategies, innovation pipelines, and consumer-facing activities.
o Foster strong relationships with research providers and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives.
o Champion a culture of learning, promoting best practices, and driving innovation in consumer research methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Consumer Insights within FMCG, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- A strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with syndicated tools (e.g., NIQ, Circana, Kantar) and self-serve research methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A passion for consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and innovation.

- Competitive salary range of £70-80k (dependent on experience), plus £8k car allowance, 20% bonus, pension, and private medical benefits.
