What You'll DoYou'll be at the heart of our product development and marketing efforts, with key responsibilities including:
- Market Analysis & Insights: Understand consumer behaviors and use data from Nielsen, Kantar, and other reearch to uncover market opportunities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: From concept to launch, oversee the lifecycle of the retail brands and ensure products stand out on the shelves.
- Strategic Marketing Support: Create and execute through-the line (TTL) marketing plans and develop standout sales support materials.
- Retail Brand Expertise: Provide insights and tools to grow their private-label brands, including NPD and packaging design ideas
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and category teams to deliver exceptional products with a positive response in the market.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in a product management/marketing role working with consumer goods.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Competencies: Organised, commercially aware, creative, and adept at building trusted relationships.
- Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and an understanding of EPOS systems.
- Languages: Fluent English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
