Job Purpose:
- The relationship manager has ownership of a portfolio of clients, where you will be making decisions, through monitoring the client’s performance whilst providing them a personal service.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing:
- Running RBS and allocation of collections.
- Schedule processing with adequate documents (invoices/timesheets).
- Processing client payments.
Account Management:
- Overlooking credit control to ensure the debt is recovered.
- Client service, including client visits.
- Client performance reviews.
- Risk analysis.
- Understanding the client’s business.
- Ensuring the invoices and supporting documents are legitimate.
- Resolving any disputes.
- Decision making.
- Funding limits.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
Other
- To undertake other duties within the scope of the job, as directed from time to time.
- Cover team members within different departments.
- Monthly client reviews.
- Attend company training and meetings.
