Our client, a prominent firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to join their team in Birmingham. This permanent position focuses on infrastructure projects, with a significant portion dedicated to residential developments. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the Highways and Transportation Projects (HTP) sector.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing civil engineering projects focused on infrastructure development
  • Collaborating with the Associate Director and other team members to ensure project success
  • Utilising PDS and FLOW software for design and project management
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to the preparation and review of project reports and documentation
  • Managing project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in using PDS and FLOW software
  • Ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work four days in the office and one day from home
  • Relevant engineering qualifications
