Job Title: Debt Resolution Officer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £35,000 basic salary (£44,500 OTE)
The Role
Act as a representative of the Client to deliver a range of services that are required by various utility companies. The core activity focuses on visiting the premisses of the client's customers and performing the following functions relating to their gas and electricity supply.
- Awareness of Debt and Resolution Capability.
- Gaining additional Customer Data. E.g. Meter Reads, Vulnerabilities etc.
- Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client.
- Execution of Warrants to secure payment / access to deliver resolution.

The Salary and Benefits Package
- £35,000 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
- £6,000 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
- 10% annual bonus paid monthly
- £44,500 on target earnings
- Mileage paid at £0.35 per business mile
- Flexible working pattern
Candidate Requirements
- Full clean UK Driving License
- Full time use of a car or van
- Business use vehicle Insurance
- Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
- Excellent standard of spoken English
- Ability to make quick decisions/judgements
