The One Group are working exclusively with a leading international business to assist with the recruitment for an exciting newly made role, you will be apart of a warm, friendly team who work hard and approach every project as a team! This is a hybrid role with the team working four days from and one day in the companies Hemel Hempstead office.

Our client work some of the largest names in retail, have developed great relationships and are now the search for a Logistics and Sales Coordinator to join their team.

What your day will look like in this role?

  • This role is mainly administrative based ensuring transparency and clear communication between supply chain and Key Account Managers.
  • Be a central person for supply chain operations, bridging the gap between Key account managers and internal teams around the logistics of launches.
  • Relationship building with key customers, ensuring internal teams are kept aware of stock levels.
  • Escalation of any problems that might occur with production and ensure this is communicated accordingly.
  • After sales support to clients including weekly performance reports and feedback.
  • Raw material orders on a weekly basis and inline with upcoming launches.
  • Assisting Key Account Managers with forecast planning and review of sales data.
  • Management of customer EPOS data on a weekly basis, communicating any concerns or potential impact.
  • Use of BI and SAP.

This is a brilliant role for someone who is looking for the next step into a more data led role with excellent communication skills, ideally you will have transferable skills, be proficient with excel and Microsoft package. Have great communication skills, be a team player and highly organised!

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience + bonus scheme, medical cashback , life insurance.

Monday - Friday - 9am - 530pm. (Hybrid 1 day in office and 4 from home)
