Private Clients Account Handler

A great opportunity has arisen with our established and successful Private Client Team here at PIB.

Based in our Hemel office, you would be given all the support and guidance you would need to succeed as part of a busy and vibrant team of people.

The Role

You would provide insurance solutions to our Private Clients in a timely and effective manner.Responsible for for achieving new business goals and sales and retention of current business and renewals, across a range of private clients insurance products.Working on a blend of perspective and existing clients, you will deliver great customer experiences sometimes to some complex clientsDevelop relationships in the insurer market to ensure the best portfolio of insurance is provided

The Person

  • Ideally you will have strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail and be organised.
  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience of working within the insurance industry as an account handler, ideally with a personal lines or HNW background .
  • It would be desirable if you are CII qualified or working towards the qualification.
  • PIB use the Acturis system so would be ideal to have used this in the past however full training would be provided
