Our client based in Hemel Hempstead is a successful and leading IT Technology company. They operate within a wide range of sectors, and produce products which are world renowned for reliability and quality. They are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to support the field-based Account managers in obtaining pricing and the loading of orders onto the system and general maintenance of Salesforce.com.

Duties

  • Sales support for Field Sales who deal with large enterprise customers.
  • General Sales Support for Business Solutions Field Sales
  • Help manage renewal process for key accounts and renewals
  • Complete presales tickets
  • Quoting, Sourcing, and pricing Hardware, Software & Services.
  • Ensure quotes are accurately reflected in CRM system.
  • Attend appropriate training to ensure product and services knowledge is up to date.
  • To work closely with Technical Services to correctly specify services required for client quotes.
  • Negotiating best price with vendors/manufacturers to maximise margins.
  • Using OEM partner tools for deal reg and bid proposal e.g. HP, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Dell etc.
  • High levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Close day to day relationship with Field Sales staff understanding their requirements.
  • Close relationship with SOP staff in order that the correct level of detail is provided ensuringpurchase ordering and invoicing is not delayed.
  • Work with finance colleagues with regard to invoice and finance related queries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and other third-party suppliers.

Requirements

  • HP Sales or Technical Accreditations would be beneficial.
  • Accreditations from other mainstream Business Solutions OEM’s would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with QuoteWerks, Salesforce & Autotask would be beneficial.
  • Maintain efficient diary and time management.
  • Proficient in the use of Word (Intermediate), Outlook (Intermediate) and Excel (Advanced)
  • Strong commitment to and the achievement of business goals e.g., Win rates, revenue andprofitability targets.
  • Ensure relevant and timely communication with all stakeholders who might be impacted by actionsor inactions. Recommending solutions and/or alternative propositions when things go wrong.
  • Committed to achieving business goals- always going the extra mile in order to exceed expectations.

Salary

  • Basic salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
