Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our clientsteam. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, with specific expertise in Fanuc controls. Knowledge of Edgecam is advantageous. Please note that our clients turning machines are Takisawa and the Mill/Turn machines are CMZ.

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines
  • Ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
  • Adhere to all safety and quality regulations
  • Keep detailed records of all production activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines
  • Proficiency with Fanuc controls
  • Familiarity with Edgecam is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Rate and hours

  • Hourly rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience
