As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are now seeking an HSEQ Lead to join their team.
As HSEQ Lead, you'll oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all projects and divisions. You'll ensure compliance through audits, training, and incident management while driving sustainability and continuous improvement. This role also involves managing the quality system, supporting innovation, and promoting a strong HSEQ culture across the business.
The ideal candidate will have Health & Safety with relevant qualifications, and have a driving license & vehicle. This role would suit someone who is highly motivated and will relish the challenge of taking this opportunity on.

The Role:
- Health & Safety: Lead policy implementation, site audits, training, and incident management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Environment: Embed sustainability into site operations, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and best practices.
- Quality: Oversee and improve the quality management system, balancing innovation with compliance through audits and team support.
- Compliance & Training: Manage group-wide HSEQ training and documentation systems, and coordinate with auditors for certifications.
- Leadership & Culture: Drive a positive HSEQ culture through communication, mentoring, and delivery of strategic KPIs.
The Person:
- NEBOSH qualified or higher
- Highly motivated & proactive attitude
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable distance from Hemel Hempstead
