Are you looking to join a well-established Building Services organisation to expand your skillset and progress your career? Our client are looking for an M&E MaintenanceManager to join them on a permanent basis.

The role is predominantly office based with some on-site visits required.

You'll have experience as an M&E Manager previously and have experience in A/C, Heating, Electrical and ideally Commercial Plant Rooms.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Extensive and proven track record in a similar role within M&E Maintenance Management.
  • Education: Degree-qualified engineer/building professional or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the working practices and demands of complex public and/or listed buildings.
  • Budget & Project Management: Strong skills in budgetary control and project management.
  • People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure team competency and support through training and coaching. Must demonstrate fairness and consistency in team management.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
