What You’ll Be Doing:

Join the Facilities Training Department at Southmead Hospital and help shape the future of the EFM workforce. In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver classroom and practical training for staff in the Facilities Division• Support new starters and ensure all staff are competent in workplace skills• Deliver training in cleaning/domestic services, food safety, mandatory NHS requirements, and more• Observe and assess staff post-training to ensure procedures are correctly followed• Support the Training & Development Manager in executing the learning strategy

Requirements & Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Strong IT skills including confidence with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint• Great interpersonal and communication abilities• Organisational skills with experience managing your own time and learners’ needs• Experience in delivering structured training sessions• The ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and present information clearly• Excellent presentation and research skills• A proactive approach to solving problems and responding to challenging behaviour

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time role with a 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. The contract runs for up to 3 months, with a potential to extend.
