KM Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Warehousing Tutor in Hemel Hempstead, offering a salary between £30,000 and £34,000 pro-rata based on experience and qualifications.
The role is permanent and requires teaching and assessing learners for vocational qualifications in Warehousing, with a commitment of 16 hours per week.
Candidates must have solid occupational experience in Warehousing and hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognized Teaching or Assessing qualification.
A minimum of Level 2 in Warehousing or Logistics, along with GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above, is also required.
The position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners while embedding Maths and English into sessions.

Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Warehousing.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.

Criteria:

Must hold solid, occupational experience within Warehousing.
Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.
Hold a level 2 as a minimum within Warehousing or Logistics.
Must have experience of delivering training (on-the-job training in the workplace or classroom/workshops).
Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
