Deyongs is a local family business based in Hemel Hempstead who design, make and distribute Home Textiles and Soft Toys.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our busy team at Deyongs Ltd. We design and make the brands Deyongs1846, The Lyndon Company, Lobster Creek and Cozy Time, selling to department stores and leading independents and to the online retailers, and have an increasing presence on the market place platforms. You will be based in our Hemel Hempstead head office operating a role that is start to finish for the customers experience.
Your role will include:
- Being the first point of contact to the customer.
- Handling customer enquiries over email and phone.
- Order processing.
- Supporting the account managers.
- Good product knowledge.
- Ensuring all queries are handled in an effiecient manor.

- A confident communicator able to communicate our brand identity to customers, stockists and retailers with strong verbal and written skills.
