Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: 24,900, upon completion of your 6-month probation you'll receive a salary increase and a further increase after 12 months.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering them a first-class experience when they reach out to business. Your role will involve:

  • Answering customer enquiries over the phone and providing accurate information about the services.
  • Recording the nature of each enquiry to ensure there's a clear record of customer contact.
  • Building a strong understanding of the business to effectively resolve customer queries.

  • A strong background in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
