We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our busy team at Deyongs Ltd. We design and make the brands Deyongs1846, The Lyndon Company, Lobster Creek and Cozy Time, selling to department stores and leading independents and to the online retailers, and have an increasing presence on the market place platforms.

About this position

This role will be to help Deyongs Ltd grow by providing the best possible experience to service, attract and retain customers. You will be joining a growing team and this role calls for a passionate customer advocate who is able to communicate with customers at all levels via telephone and in writing.

Role Responsibilities

? To learn and understand the Company’s products and services.

? To learn and understand the operating systems / software and hardware that the company’s products run on.

? Deal with inbound customer support queries in relation to any of our products via telephone, live chat and email.

? Deal with email queries received from customers in a timely and professional manner.

? Help promote and enhance the image of the Company by providing an excellent and personalised customer experience.

Skills

? A positive personality and proactive manner

? Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.

? Experience of probing, questioning and influencing skills are an advantage.

? Experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable.

? A good working knowledge of websites and the internet is desirable.
