The ideal candidate will have a background in telecom or IT and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Telecom Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the provisioning of telecom services for their customers, ensuring accuracy and timely service setup. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise and maintain open communication with customers throughout the provisioning process.
Key Responsibilities:·Order Management: Oversee and process customer orders for new telecom services, upgrades, and modifications across products such as connectivity, Horizon and IPECs phone systems, and mobile SIMs. ·Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to ensure the timely and accurate provisioning of services. ·Work with the billing team to ensure seamless information transfer for accurate billing. ·Coordinate with the cancellations team to manage service ceases. ·Customer Support: Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them updated on the status of their orders and address any potential delays. Provide top-tier customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding their services via email and phone. ·Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve provisioning issues and discrepancies, collaborating with the technical team to resolve service activation or configuration problems. ·Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provisioning activities, including order details, status updates, and customer communication.
Required Skills & Experience:·Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. ·Previous experience in telecom provisioning or a closely related role with a solid understanding of telecom services, technologies, and industry standards. ·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. ·Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. ·Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
