We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to contribute to our clients growth by generating sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your communication skills and ability to present products or services confidently are crucial. Join our team and help us thrive!

Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum plus excellent commission scheme.
Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm (flexible)

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using provided scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Process orders accurately.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
