Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Mentor to join our team in Hemel Hempstead for an immediate start. This role involves working closely with students who need additional support with behavior management, helping them engage with learning in a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with behavioral challenges.
Implement tailored behavior management strategies to support students social and emotional development.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and senior staff.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through proactive behavior support.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
Be passionate about supporting children with behavioral or special educational needs.
