The Role - Teaching AssistantThe school is looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their outstanding team!
Key Responsibilities:-
Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant.

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.

Work collaboratively and contribute positively to the school team.

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents.

Previous experience working with children in a school or residential care home.

A reference to support your experience working with children.

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

The ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
