The Role - Teaching Assistant

The school is looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their outstanding team!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.

  • Work collaboratively and contribute positively to the school team.

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

  • Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or residential care home.

  • A reference to support your experience working with children.

  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

  • The ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
