The successful candidate will provide vital support to our teaching staff, assisting in the delivery of high-quality education to students of all abilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and helping them succeed in their academic journey.Key Responsibilities:-Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.-Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.-Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.-Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.-Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.-Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.-Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.Skills:-A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work as part of a team.-Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.-A willingness to learn and grow professionally.Desirable:-Previous experience working in an educational environment is beneficial but not essential.-Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with special educational needs.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
