In this role, you'll contribute to a wide range of projects in the leisure, education, commercial, residential, and healthcare industries - developing your skillset and knowledge.
As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be involved in diverse and challenging projects within the built environment, working closely with the building services team. Your responsibilities will include performing lighting and cable calculations, ensuring compliance with Part L regulations, designing specifications for renewable technologies, and collaborating with external teams. You'll also be responsible for managing projects and conducting site inspections, offering a great opportunity to build your expertise and expand your professional network.
The position comes with a competitive salary (£30,000 to £40,000), along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage and enhanced annual leave. Additionally, your travel expenses will be fully covered, and you'll have access to flexible hybrid working arrangements.
To be considered for this role, you'll need a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with experience in electrical engineering, particularly within building services. While not essential, knowledge of regulations such as BREEAM and their impact on M&E design, as well as familiarity with Revit MEP, would be advantageous. You should also be within commuting distance of Hemel Hempstead and hold a valid UK driving licence.
