Principal Electrical Design Engineer-Hemel Hempstead: £65k

We are currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor, who specialise in three divisions across the MEP sector: Health, Education and Commercial Offices. They are a well-established business who are looking to expand their senior team and take on Principal Electrical Design Engineers.

On offer for the Principal Electrical Design Engineer with a salary of £65k + the below:

• Car allowance up to 5.5k
• Private healthcare
• 3% employee pension, 5% employer pension
• Hybrid working (3-4 days at home)

• Regular performance reviews to support progression

Key duties for the Principal Electrical Design Engineer:

• Lead projects
• Represent all MEP disciplines across a range of projects
• Support the Technical Director
• Act as a focal point with design for technical issues
• Take responsibility for specific technical designs on projects
• Report writing for project progression
• Engage in all electrical design
• Continually improve standards and quality of designs to achieve successful design and delivery of projects
